Each year, UPMC Pathways for Students hosts a system-wide career exploration event designed for high school students. This exciting initiative introduces students to the wide range of career opportunities available at UPMC and inspires interest in healthcare professions. Last year, we welcomed over 750 students from 30 schools across the region.
